Take the Keisei Skyliner Express train from Narita Airport to Nippori
Take the JR Yamanote Line from Nippori to Kanda
Take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line from Kanda to Mitsukoshimae
There is a direct underground passage from Mitsukoshimae Station to the shop
or
Take the Airport Limousine from Narita Airport, which takes you directly to the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo

Could you send purchased products to Narita Airport to be picked up there?

Do you have smoking area in the restaurant?

Unfortunately, we only have non-smoking seats.

The entire Mitsui Tower building is also non-smoking area.

Do you have chairs for children?

Yes (beltless type only).

Can we use a stroller in the restaurant?

Yes. We can keep your stroller at our cloakroom.

Do you have allergen information on the menu?

Information concerning the seven major allergens is indicated on the menu.

Do you have calorie information on the menu?

Unfortunately, no calorie information is indicated on the menu.

Do you have alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we serve alcoholic beverages but we don’t served to minors.
